American Medical and Life Insurance is committed to providing a positive experience for all of our members. To that end, we are in the process of creating a self-service environment for our plans that is expected to release in the first quarter of 2010. All data surrounding claims and benefits will be available at www.usamli.com.
In the meantime, claims and benefit inquiries can be made by contacting our Customer Service Center at 888-264-1512. When calling, please have your membership information ready, including your Group ID and member number found on your ID card.
